Affecting Factors in Information Security Policy Compliance: Combine Organisational Factors and User Habits

Information security policy compliance is one concern of organisations to improve information security, including universities. Previous research has shown that factors influence user can come from behaviour and within the organisation. This study aims explore organisation habits affect with policies. The model proposed used organisational commitment, culture, reward, habit variables—this conducted a case public universities in Indonesia by using an online survey. results indicated derived commitment established positive on user’s respectful behaviour. insignificant culture reward affected User also influenced maintaining security.
